This is a very exciting event, organized by the the Michigan branch of the Tekeyan Cultural Association. The program will feature works by Western European and Armenian Classical composers and a brief talk about Armenian music in general. Karen Hakobyan is a fantastic pianist and having performed with him in Carnegie Hall and Harvard Club, I am excited to share a stage with him here in Michigan!
